R y'all watchin' JAMIE OLIVER's 'FOOD REVOLUTION' ?...

     We try 2.  I think my husband is n2 that now?!...  We do try n eat right 2.  Like taking out the processed meats from our diet n sugar.  We eat EVOO, salads, shredded wheat cereal, fish, vegetables, fruits, whole grain, pasta, bagels, cream cheese, butter not margarine, yougurt, 2% milk, chovolate (we try n get nthe dark)  n  red meat occasionally.  So, I guess we r doing good?!...  :)  http://mrscskwickys.blogspot.com
